Pineapple Ginger Sorbet

This was soooo delicious! It's the perfect time of year for sorbet, and I've been wanting to make this. It's so easy, and I can't wait to try some of the other ideas I have with berries and herbs. Mike absolutely loved it! The possibilities are endless!  Here's what I did:

1.5 cups frozen pineapple
1/2 frozen or fresh banana
1tsp ginger
1 tbs agave or maple syrup

Blend in Vitamix until smooth. Freeze in metal container in freezer until ready to eat or server immediately.
