after school snack - kale chips!


There are many so many recipes out there on how to make kale chips, so I certainly don't need to post a recipe. This is more of a reminder of how delicious they are!

What I do:
Wash, de-stem and dry a head of kale. Lay the leaves on a baking tray which has been lined with parchment paper. Spritz with olive oil, sprinkle with a good pinch of nutritional yeast and some garlic salt to your taste.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes until crispy. Enjoy.
