new menu at stardust, item 2: for Esme, with love

Here's another new addition to our menu,  barbeque tofu over rice. (I made this for myself and preferred quinoa). I can't share the recipe for the bbq sauce... one of the few things we keep a secret. So I will describe the assembly.
For two servings:
1/2 cake of firm tofu
3 cups basmati rice, or quinoa
1 cup or so of barbeque sauce (preferably slightly spicy)
quarter cup of carrot slices
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
handful of sunflower sprouts
2 green onions, chopped fine
cilantro
Cube the tofu, drizzle with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes, until golden. Heat your favorite bbq sauce in a small pan, add the tofu to the sauce after it has baked, and stir to coat. Divide the rice into two bowls, and top with the tofu. Divide the garnishes and dig in. This is a comforting harmony bowl of types, full of love, and I suppose, a dash of squalor.
