pretty sandwich bags from Asheville

I can't remember the occasion but Tammy sent the girls a sandwich bag she purchased at the Asheville Saturday market, from the high fiber company. I was really skeptical about how easily they were suppose to be to clean but they really are.   I just turn them inside out and rinse with water, sometimes a little soap. She said you can put them in the dishwasher but they've never been that dirty. They're made with a sturdy cotton, lined with nylon and they close with velcro. They are pretty but I really never expected them to be so utilitarian. So much better than plastic, for so many reasons. She sells a couple of different sizes, the smaller ones are great for pretzels or cookies. Cost is really reasonable, about $8.
